Nussentials Return Policy

You may return most items sold by Nussentials Corporation within 30 days of delivery. If the return is a result of our error, we will issue a full refund and pay for shipping charges. All other returns of unopened product will be refunded the full product purchase price less a 10% restocking fee. We are unable to provide refunds of opened product.

The customer will be responsible for shipping charges on returns that were not the result of company error. Subscription and license fees are not refundable.

Your money will be refunded within 10 business days of receipt of the returned product.

You must contact Nussentials Corporation in writing prior to returning the product. We may be contacted via email at customercare@nussentials.com or via postal mail at PO Box 421566, Houston, TX 77242-1566. We will provide you with instructions at that time.
