3 tbsp peanut butter
2 scoops MORE!
Mix it until it forms a ball. (It will remind you of Reese's Cup filling but not as sweet) .
Spread it on 3 graham crackers and divide them into 6 pieces. Melt 1 oz. Hershey's (2 mini bars) and spread over the MORE! mix and let it cool. You have 6 servings.
OR..... You could actually make P.B. Truffles if you wanted to add a bit of sweetener (or not) and then roll the balls and coat with the chocolate. You can go a bunch of different ways with it the basic recipe!
Nussentials Frappachino

1/2 cup water
1/2 cup milk
1 tbsp instant coffee granules
2 tbsp favorite flavor of fat-free or sugar-free liquid coffee creamer
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp almond extract
Add ice to your liking and blend
- Delicious!!
Nussentials Smoothie

1 scoop LESS!
1 heaping tbsp mango/raspberry sherbet
1 cup mixed berries, fresh or frozen (blueberries, raspberries, strawberries). - If frozen, no need to add ice
1/4 cup pomegranate/cranberry/raspberry juice
1/4 cup orange juice
banana or mango (optional)
Blend
- Really yummy, refreshing and delicious!!
Dr. Larry's NUSSENTIALS Recipe
5 - 6 Ice cubes in a blender
Cover with orange/pineapple/banana juice or your favorite juice, milk - about 4 to 5 fingers.
A splash of Dannon smoothie pina colada
1 container of yogurt banana/strawberry, peach or any flavor
1 Banana
2 Scoops of MORE!
1 Scoop of LESS!
Blend until smooth and drink the great tasting smoothie!
Mine is 1st place according to my taste buds. Experiment to your own taste! Every thing is fair game that you like - watermelon, cantaloupe, and any other fruit frozen or fresh
Orange Juli-LESS
8 oz Orange juice
8 ice cubes
1 heaping scoop of LESS!
Blend until slushy
Berry De-LESS-ious
Your favorite frozen berries (example: 8 frozen strawberries)
4 ice cubes
8 oz. skim milk
1 heaping scoop of LESS!
Blend until slushy
Dreamsicle
8 oz Skim milk
1 low fat yogurt (orange cream flavor)
5-6 whole frozen strawberries (no sugar added)
1 heaping scoop of LESS!
Blend until smooth
Frozen LESS! Pops
3/4 cup fat-free milk
1 heaping scoop of LESS!
2 tbsp peanut butter
Blend for 2 minutes
Pour into 3 ice pop molds
