“My Why”

"Sometimes people come into our lives and events happen when we least expect it and great change occurs.


Deanna Hunt came into my life at a time when I had lost my sense of self and was looking to find it again.


Eight months ago, after having three children, giving up my career as an Occupational Therapist and gaining 40 lbs., I had lost myself. I was tired, overweight and overwhelmed. When I looked into the mirror, the person I saw did not match the girl I knew was on the inside. I desperately needed a change, lacked motivation and didn’t know where to begin.


My loving husband encouraged me and supported me throughout this time and tried to help me find what I needed to feel whole again. However, the time wasn’t right as it had to be on my terms, when I was ready and open to accept change.


So, in walks Deanna Hunt. Deanna entered my life first as a Designer, grew into a friend and most recently became my NU business partner and mentor.


Deanna first introduced me to Nussentials and I was very skeptical initially. Having a background in the Health Sciences, it was crucial for me to know the scientific facts behind the products.


After much research, I found the information I was looking for in countless articles supporting the validity of the ingredients in Nussentials products.

And so, my personal wellness journey began. Today, I have lost 40 lbs. and 4 pant sizes and have GAINED my self esteem and confidence back once again. Now when I look in the mirror, the girl inside is smiling back at me!


What an incredible journey this has been so far and it still continues to blossom.


One month ago, I decided to become a Nussentials rep and begin the 2nd half of my journey with a renewed sense of pride, accomplishment and of course, endless energy!


My new motto in life is: Be open to change and change will come."
